Following the end of the auction: If you plan to pay cash, you must pay by the following Sunday 4:00PM ET. After 4:00PM the credit card on file will be charged. If your credit card does not work, payment MUST be handled by Monday 4:00PM or else we will be forced to remove your bid and mark you as a non-paying bidder. On the 2nd time, we will be forced to remove your bid and block you from bidding in future auctions. We are not happy about having to be this strict, but payments are being drawn out too long. If you need to make arrangements to have your items held, this can be arranged but payment must be complete. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Pickup is available for local buyers only and must be scheduled within 5 business days of purchase. We will ship using our shipping prices and the amount will be charged to the card on file. All items will be shipped at customers expense and is non-negotiable. We ship using the most competitive UPS/USPS rates to keep all shipping affordable. Shipping will be determined after final bids are made and purchases are being finalized. It will then be charged to card on file. Buyer is responsible for filing any claims with carrier in the event of damage or loss. Order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. All items to be shipped within 7 business days of purchase.

Firearm Purchases:
LOCAL PICK UP AVAILABLE and ALL OUT OF STATE PURCHASES MUST BE SHIPPED TO A LICENSED FFL DEALER IN YOUR STATE. All firearm sales are subject to background checks, a $20 fee for the transfer, & $10 for each additional gun. This will be the buyers responsibility! No refunds will be given to the buyer for a denied background check. It is the buyer's responsibility to be in compliance with any and all laws when bidding with us. Firearms are in used condition and should be inspected thoroughly before use. WE DO NOT TEST OR FIRE ANY FIREARMS. Valid state picture ID is required to acquire your firearm. The name on the ID must match the registered bidder name. Always call prior to pick up for any firearm purchases to ensure our FFL manager is on site for the transfer.
