RARE 1961 ROLEX SUBMARINER BLACK DIAL SERIES 5512 WORKING w ROLEX BOX & SERVICE PAPERS - Notable Details: This early version (1961 - 200 meters / 660 ft) has been authenticated by our in house watch expert. It is guaranteed absolutely authentic! The Last 2 photos verify the model number series 5512 located in its proper placement around the case edge under the band attachment and the serial number. (photo's are accurate as best as we could obtain... and both sets of numbers have been verified under a high power loupe, however it is very difficult to focus that close with our camera) Serial number verifies as 693613. (you can see part of the numbers in the photos). Again; this is a 1961 rare early model; original and authentic.
Minor Issues are as follow: naturally the Crystal will need polishing, as there are slight scuffs as are visible in the photos, However the CRYSTAL is FULLY INTACT. In the space between the crystal and the dial, also visible in the lower area... the luminescent strip which has separated from the minute hand. This is easily repaired at any professional jeweler which performs service and should only be at a reasonable cost as this is a common issue with some of these older watches. All in all...THIS IS A RARE FIND1 - You will not see these early models appear on the market very often.

Pickup is available for local buyers only and must be scheduled within 5 business days of purchase. We will ship using our shipping prices and the amount will be charged to the card on file. All items will be shipped at customers expense and is non-negotiable. We ship using the most competitive UPS/USPS rates to keep all shipping affordable. Shipping will be determined after final bids are made and purchases are being finalized. It will then be charged to card on file.
