It must be removed by the purchaser - Bring Help and Handcart or Dolly for removal from home and transport. No help will be available at pick up time. This is a Steel BRUNCO (manufacturer) Gas Operated Fireplace insert to be placed inside a masonry hearth. Firebox is lined with Firebrick. Dimensions are: (Insert to hearth - 30" Across Front, 26" Across Rear, 25 1/2" Height - 14 1/2" Depth) Overall: 30" Width Front x 25 1/2" Height x 26" Depth. Firebox inside dimensions: 22W x 17D x 12H. Trim Panels are Upper Horizontal = 8", Side Verticalw = 7". Finishing Brass Trim Molding Included. 2 Doors and Cleanout Drawer plus Flu Handle Adjuster.
